Before looking at individual class performance, two global changes define Season 11’s power curve.
1. Pit Tier Scaling Is Being Reduced
Developers have confirmed that overall monster scaling in the Pit is being adjusted. Practically, this means every build in the game becomes roughly 5–10 tiers stronger. What was once a Tier 100 clear on PTR may become Tier 110 on live servers.
This is a massive buff to build diversity. Underperformers get pulled upward, and even the best builds become more flexible and consistent.
For the purposes of current theorycrafting, most players are estimating around 9–10 free tiers across the board.
2. Melted Heart of Selig Gets Fully Rebalanced
The infamous Season 10 / PTR version of Melted Heart was wildly overtuned. Classes could reach absurd resource pools—Barbarian players reported over 50,000 Fury—and that resource scaled damage far beyond intended levels.
Season 11 introduces a complete overhaul:
Instead of thousands of extra resource, it roughly doubles your current pool.
Example: 400 Fury → 800 Fury. Still strong, but no longer game-breaking.
Damage-to-resource conversion is changing from a 1:1 ratio to something more balanced (e.g., 1:10, 1:100, etc.).
This makes the item more defensive, not offensive.
This dramatically reduces inflated damage scaling on several builds, especially Barbarian and Druid.

PTR HOTA Barbarian hit Tier 125 thanks to insane Fury scaling.
After losing access to 50,000 Fury:
Ramaladni’s loses ~17 tiers of scaling

A brand-new build that hit Tier 100 on PTR despite suboptimal optimization.
